The above rates are PER ROOM (two persons) and include Breakfast-Buffet,
the use of swimming-pool, towels and sunshades,guarded parking, Piano Bar in the week-ends.
Rates subject to change except on confirmed reservations.

Cancellations:
Cancellation free of charge till 10 days before arrival.
Any cancellation made after 10 days before arrival is subject to a cancellation fee of one night stay for reservations from 1 to 3 and to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount for reservations longer than 3 days.
Departure earlier than foreseen will be charged at 50% of the room rate.
